How it runs

Plates are a type of switch. You can place them on the surface of a block.

When connecting with an object through the wire, it’ll give power to that item or block when somebody steps on it.

Others

Different from wooden or stone pressure plates, Obsidian ones won’t respond to stuff or NPCs. Mossy Cobblestone plates don’t do the same to things or characters.

ObsidiPlates is a mod related to mobs in-game. It should work if you download and install Minecraft Forge.

How to install ObsidiPlates Mod

• You have already installed Minecraft Forge.
• Locate the Minecraft application folder.
• On windows open Run from the start menu > type %appdata% > click Run.
• On mac open finder, hold down ALT > click Go then Library in the top menu bar.
• Open the folder Application Support > look for Minecraft.
• Place the mod you have just ObsidiPlates Mod downloaded (.jar file) into the Mods folder.
• When you launch Minecraft and click the mods button you should now see the ObsidiPlates Mod is installed.
